Welcoming you back
Much has changed in the world over the past few months. However, one thing that remains constant is our commitment at Glencoe House Hotel to create happy, memorable experiences for our guests, teams and the local community.
With conditions continually changing due to COVID-19, we are actively monitoring and evolving our practices to ensure what we are doing is safe and effective in accordance with Government guidelines.
As we welcome you back, you will notice our increased cleaning regimes are designed to set an even higher level of cleanliness throughout our hotel. Our comprehensive safety guidelines for both our team and guests will ensure that everyone in our properties can always feel comfortable.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning in our public areas including reception, the great gall, stairs, door handles, public bathrooms and room keys using environmentally friendly chemicals. You will find hand sanitiser dispensers for your use at the entrance and throughout our building. We are observing social distancing in all areas.
On top of our already rigorous cleaning processes, additional disinfecting protocols have been implemented in our suites. Personal protective equipment, including gloves and face masks, will be offered to our team members and guests. We have removed decorative items including cushions, bed throws and magazines to reduce ‘high touch’ areas.
Your first step into Glencoe House is a memorable experience. As we extend a warm welcome to you and invite you into the Great Hall, our check-in process has changed slightly to minimise contact. We encourage guests to opt for online self-check-in/check-out as a contactless option. During the check-in process, guest preferences will be established regarding housekeeping services and dining options.
By taking care of our team members and following our new cleaning routines, we will be ensuring the health and safety of ours guests. Continuous team training will ensure that the above protocols are adhered to.
