The Scottish highlands are famous not only for landscape, but also for the richness of its wildlife. If you would like to enjoy an adventure in the Highlands, there are many possibilities.

 

The SeaXplorer combines a fast boat ride with a wild life trip. It departs just 10 minutes from Glencoe House and you can choose from one or two hour trips. It can also be privately chartered for the day – that would be the ultimate fishing trip!
If you would like to venture out to observe wildlife and sealife, the Glencoe National Nature Reserve (part of the National Trust of Scotland). You can join their rangers on Land Rover safaris every week from April to October for a wildlife-spotting tour and an insight into their work in Glencoe and Glen Etive.
